Five years ago God gave me one of the greatest blessings I've received, a wife and partner for life. Five years ago I made one of the best decisions of my life, by marrying the K-factor. Five years ago I ceased to be just a "me", but became half of what is now "us." Five years ago I had no clue what the next five years would hold.

Now, five years later I can say that my heart is full of gratitude. Gratitude to God for choosing to give me such a wonderful and undeserved gift as the K-factor. Gratitude for how He has used her to change me into a better man. Gratitude for the two beautiful children He has given us. Gratitude for the love she gives to me even in the times when I fail to be the husband God calls me to be.

I could not imagine a better partner than her and I treasure the last fives years that I have had with her. Looking to the future, I am hopeful for even better years. I look forward with great anticipation for what God will do in both of us individually and together as a result of us being married. There is no one else I would want to experience parenthood with than her.

To my wife, I love you more today than I did five years ago and I'll love you more tomorrow than I do today.
